To redeem round-trip and one-way awards :
Please login and use the Online Redemption Booking service**.
For upgrades :
Only Economy Class tickets purchased on Singapore Airlines in S, Y, B or E booking classes or Y, B, E booking classes on SilkAir, are eligible for redemption of upgrades from Economy to Business.
Redemption of upgrades must be confirmed at least 24 hours before flight departure.
The 15% discount for redeeming upgrades online is applicable only to commercial bookings on Singapore Airlines made online.
To redeem upgrades, retrieve the eligible commercial booking for which you wish to redeem an upgrade; to retrieve your bookings please click on My Bookings

*If your online redemption is changed in any way through KrisFlyer Membership Services, Singapore Airlines and SilkAir reservations or ticket offices, your online redemption booking or upgrade will no longer be eligible for the 15% discount.
